The advantages of staying in a nice hotel is that you get a bigger comfortable bed and have the buffet breakfast to start the day, it also means you might start a little later.
Just as we came down for breakfast the Correos man was at reception to collect bags, perfect timing.
Again most of the walking was on path along side a road. It seems to take forever to get out of a city.

On the way out we noticed that the roads were being fenced off and police were diverting traffic. We came across what looked an agricultural show for cattle. Some had ribbons and awards on them. It looked like they were going to be paraded down the main street. There were people in local costume.

We stopped for lunch along the way at a local cafe that made great burgers. It seemed like the local kids basketball team was there celebrating a win with their parents.
Our accommodation tonight is in an Albergue beside a train station. We have a private room with bathroom. No bunks this time.


The bathroom is almost bigger than the room
