Day 25 – Continuing to make progress

Ou stay at our Casa Rustica was good, evening pilgrims meal of 3 hearty courses and a bottle or two wine, breakfast was a typical pilgrim breakfast of black coffees, toast, cake or fruit. Then we started back up the hill from yesterday

We knew there where two very large, steep hills today through some nice forest paths and seaside villages.

The Camino is very busy now, the minimum distance required to receive a Compostela is 100km, we gave about 85km to go. So the Camino traffic increases with people just doing the minimum required.

Walking the Camino does not mean we are exempt from domestic duties. Lavanderia’s have become a favourite place to hang out for an hour or two.

We are in Pontevedra and have about 3 days left.
