We are staying in the heart of the action of Bilbao, great bars, pintxos, and restaurants.
We started the day, after a sleep in, with a full breakfast. We played tourist today, visiting the cathedral where we could get a pilgrims stamp. The cathedral has a special entrance for pilgrims but it was closed today.
We caught the hop on hop off bus and did a tour of the city and had a huge 3 course (menu del dia) lunch.
We needed a rest after all this.
Tomorrow we head off again to Portugalete.
