Well we have finished. The last leg from Lires to Muxia was not too difficult. About 16km in 3 hours, it was a great day for walking and we had good paths to walk on. It was a great day, sunny, barely any wind, wandering along country paths with views of the ocean.
We started the day with a typical Spanish breakfast, most days it was similar to this.
The view from our room in Lires.

The first river crossing was over a bridge fortunately, in the past is it was on a serious of stones, in this case the river was too high to cross on the stones.

The path was very country, and through a serious of rolling hills that constantly increased our altitude until we had a straight walk down towards the ocean.

It’s the Atlantic Ocean, the water is very cold. We have dipped our toes in but that’s all.
At the end of the walk is a sanctuary that in 2013 was hit by lighting and destroyed during a storm, it has recently been rebuilt.
