We started the day a little later, after having a couple of coffees (Cortado’s, similar to Macchiato’s but stronger), some churros, orange juice and toasted roll and jam. A typical Spanish breakfast. It was enough to get going. We powered through the 1st 10km, passing many pilgrims who had passed by us in the past few days. Many much younger, and now showing the signs of injuries.
We only had one small hill to conquer, and barely noticed it.

We have changed to having one large meal a day, at around 2pm (lunch time in Spain) and something lighter in the evening.
Most of the walk is now on country paths that parallel a highway, occasionally crossing it our walking along it for a short periods. But in general we are walking through country areas with vineyards or farm land on either side.
We are starting the see signs that we are getting closer to Santiago de Compostela. We are within 2 days walk now.
Arrived at our destination earlier today than planned. Fortunately it is a also a hot springs spa.
