Last night the rain came down, but it cleared by morning. This meant the morning was clear and fresh. We started the day with coffee and toasted sandwiches at the same cafe where we ate dinner last night. 50m walk from our accommodation.
Again the walk to took us along busy main roads, country roads and village lane ways. As well as a few Camino detours around busy sections.

The scenery is getting much more rural, and today we had to “enjoy” the odors of the farmers fertilizing their fields with liquid manure. Very overpowering at times.
We have less than 200km to go. This sign was a couple of towns before today’s destination.

Tonight we are staying at a small private hostel (in bunk beds), attached to a restaurant. Apparently a very famous restaurant (Restaurant Pedro Ferado) frequented by the rich and famous. We arrived around 2:30pm, had a couple of Vino’s and some Portuguese appetizers for lunch. We are staying at the base of a mountain, which we will tackle first thing tomorrow morning.
